MDC was founded in 1987 by Menachem Galant and focused on the beginning in manufacturing of medical tubing. 

On 1994 MDC started production of micro tubes for drip irrigation as an OEM for leading drip irrigation companies in the world by utilizing the know how and high quality medical tubing into the irrigation field. 

In 2008 MDC started production of soft PVC compounds for use its own tubing products and for customers in different industries. Soon after compounding division was founded MDC added to its production capacity and expanded the range of compounds offered. Today MDC leads the Israeli PVC compound market and exports medical PVC compounds to several countries worldwide
